2) “Hurricane Katrina: Race Against Time,” 8-11 p.m., National Geographic. As the 20th anniversary of Hurricane Katrina nears, National Geographic has a documentary about the horrors and the heroism. These first three hours will repeat from 5-8 p.m. Monday, follwoed by the final two.

3) “Animal Control,” 9 p.m., Fox. It’s good to see comedy back on Fox’s Sundays, after a half-summer gap. This episode, a pretty good one, has a fundraiser, with Frank (Joel McHale) using charm and a baby kangaroo. Other reruns: “Simpsons” at 8 (bad airline passengers); “Krapopolis,” 8:30 (Fertility Fest) and “Going Dutch,” 9:30 (drone invades war games).

4) “Grantchester,” 9 p.m., PBS. A week from the season-finale, it’s time for the store to open. That brings a fashion show, a photo shoot and, of course, a murder. This particular case is poorly crafted, but the show has a lot else going on, including deep personal traumas for Geordie and Alphy.

5) “Tracker,” 9 p.m., CBS. Here’s a rerun of the season-opener. After a too-long (and unrelated) prologue, it settles into a good story that has Colter probing a woman’s Mob past.
