1) “The Road” finale, 9:30 p.m., CBS (but 9 p.m. on the West Coast). Beautifully produced, this started with 12 talented singers opening for Keith Urban in country bars. Despite some flaws — songs cut too short, over-focusing on rowdy tunes — it’s been terrific. Now it’s down to (from left), Channing Wilson, 49; Cassidy Daniels, 25; Adam Sanders, 37.
2) “Happiness” conclusion, 8 and 8:30 p.m., PBS. This three-week tale began as goofy fun: Returning to New Zealand, Charlie (a Broadway director) was nudged into his mom’s flailing theater group. But now the original director is gone and Charlie’s in charge. The musical has real potential and real trouble; comedy, drama and music blend neatly.
3) “Rob Reiner — Scenes From a Life,” 8:30 p.m., (8 p.m. on the West Coast). A week after he was found dead, this looks at a career that went from “All in the Family” to directing acclaimed movies. It includes emotional interviews with Kathy Bates, Michael Douglas, Annette Bening, Albert Brooks, Keifer Sutherland, Jerry O’Connell and Mandy Patinkin.
4) Classics. The brilliant “Grinch” cartoon airs at 7:30 and 10:30 p.m. on TBS. And “The Sound of Music” is 7-11 p.m. on ABC; it won five Oscars (including best picture) and five nominations (including Julie Andrews as best actress).
5) More Christmas. These are the final new holiday movies: Hallmark’s “The Christmas Baby” at 8 p.m.; Great American Family’s “Chasing Christmas” — produced by Mario Lopez, co-starring his son Dominic — at 8 ET. BYUtv reruns the Tabernacle Choir concert at 6:30 p.m. ET, with the season-finale hours of “The Chosen” at 8 and 9. Also, CBS delays a “Hollywood Squares” special until Monda
