2) “Hell’s Kitchen,” 8 p.m., Fox. The Hell-ish moments are gone now. The final three chefs (women, ages 22 to 26) get lots of praise, treats and surprises. Then two of them advance to next week’s finale.

3) “Star Trek: Starfleet Academy,” debut, Paramount+. Here are the first two episodes: The first is a terrific blend of action, emotion and space war; the second is a fairly standard school show, albeit with some humor and dazzling effects. Add the second “Pitt” episode (HBO Max) and “Agatha Christie’s Seven Dials” (Netflix) and you have great streaming.

4) “9-1-1: Nashville,” 9 p.m., ABC. This continues the story of terrorists holding the city at ransom; crises and medical emergencies escalate. That’s followed by “Grey’s Anatomy,” with Owen and Bailey doing tumor surgery.

5) “Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage,” 8 p.m., CBS. After being bumped for a week, this returns with a rerun of the season’s second episode. It’s a good one, with Mandy getting fan mail and Georgie getting jealous. That’s followed by reruns of “Ghosts” (Hetty finally learns her ghost power) at 8:31 and “Matlock” at 9 and 10.
