2) More Olympics. The USA Network goes all day, including the women’s gold-medal hockey game at 1:10 p.m. ET. NBC briefly visits skiing at noon and speed skating at 12:30, then focuses on figure skating; it repackages the day from 8-11 p.m.

3) “Next Level Chef,” 8 p.m., Fox. After the first rounds, 15 of the 24 chefs remain. That includes former long-time pro football player Jared Veldheer, current pro-football reporter Elise Jesse, actress Andy Allo (star of the “Upload” series) and more. Tonight, they face quick challenges; one chef ponders: “How do you elevate beef tongue?”

4) “TMZ Presents,” 9:02 p.m., Fox. Michael Jackson was filming a Pepsi commercial in 1984, when pyrotechnics set his hair on fire, creating second-degree scalp wounds. He would live for another 25 years, but TMZ — rarely given to understatement — calls it his “30 fatal seconds,” which accelerated an obsession with plastic surgery.

5) “The Night Agent” third season, Netflix. Unlike broadcast networks, streamers don’t retreat to reruns during the Olympics. This is a 10-part adventure that starts in Istanbul. On Wednesday, Amazon Prime started “56 Days,” a romance thriller; on Friday, Apple starts the second season of Jennifer Garner’s “The Last Thing He Told Me.”
