On a new episode Saturday (April 11), Colman Domingo hosts and Anitta is the music guest, both for the first time. Then, after two weeks of reruns, comes the final push, newly announced:
— May 2: Rodrigo has been the music guest twice previously, but this will be her first turn as host.
— May 9: Matt Damon hosts; he’s done it twice before, once in a season-opener. Noah Kahan has his second turn as music guest.
— May 16: Ferrell was an “SNL” regular for seven seasons, emerging as the show’s star. McCartney has his fifth turn as music guest, in addition to uncredited appearances. And both were part of last season’s 50th-anniversary special.
