2) “NCIS,” 8 p.m., CBS. Which is worse — no suspects or too many of them? After a dinner-party murder, it turns out that all the guests were lying about who they are. That’s followed by “NCIS: NY,” with a jewelry-store robbery (using military explosives) turning deadly.

3) “Dancing With the Stars,” 8-10 p.m., ABC. From Michael Jackson to Bad Bunny — with turns for Beyonce, Katy Perry, the Rolling Stones and more — stars have done Super Bowl halftime shows. Now the 11 remaining duos will dance to their music. That’s followed by “R.J. Decker,” with someone making a caretaker think he’s going daft.

4) “Doc,” 9 p.m., Fox. Amy and Ben (Molly Parker and Blair Underwood) disagree sharply over a patient; we kind of knew they would. Also, Sonya faces life-changing news and Jake considers reporting on a surgeon who botched an operation.

5) “The Drop,” 9 p.m., FX. It’s a pivotal time for Lamar, the teen music whiz. He created a local, Los Angeles hit for rapper Artillery, but now there’s an album to grasp for; that’s not the time to have writer’s block. He has to impress record people — including his cousin Wanda. It’s a strong hour, against the backdrop of sudden violence.
