There are sales people and marketers, of course; there are also serious sorts, including four nurses and a nursing student.

2) “The Good Doctor,” 10 p.m., ABC. After a six-week break, the show returns with a major setback: Lea and Shaun learn that their surprise pregnancy has extra complications. Also, several doctors treat a teen whose surgical history jeopardizes the prospects now.

3) “All American” return, 8 p.m., CW. Back from a two-month break, the show starts with a birthday party for Billy (Taye Diggs) … who has a tough decision looming. Also, Spencer tries to take a step so he and Olivia can move on. That’s followed by the return of “All American: Homecoming” and, CW says, trouble: Simone’s world is rocked, Damon hits a personal low and Keisha’s dance trajectory meets a roadblock.

4) “Fantasy Island,” 8 p.m., Fox. After a couple good episodes, the show slips this week: Three friends (Daphne Maxwell Reid, Lynn Whitfield and Brett Butler) are transported to 1980s Miami, where they try to learn why another friend vanished. It’s a good idea that stumbles with a weak mystery and dull characters. A few good moments do come as Ruby (Roarke’s assistant) tries to spark her life.

5) ALSO: At 8 p.m., you might catch HBO’s “The Banshees of Inisherin” – fresh from its three Golden Globe wins, including best comedy – or NBC’s “America’s Got Talent: All Stars.” The latter is followed at 10 by a rerun of the “Quantum Leap” that dumped Ben into a San Francisco earthquake.
