2) Bowl blitz. Here are the final four games of the regular bowl season. Fox has Arizona and Southern Methodist at 8 p.m. ET; ESPN has Rice-Texas State at 1, Navy-Cincinnati at 4:30 and Wake Forest-Mississippi State at 8.

3) “Sheriff Country,” 8 p.m., CBS. This reruns the episode that wrapped the wildly overwrought story of the sheriff’s daughter as murder suspect. There are some other good stories and characters in this hour, partly redeeming it. It’s followed by reruns of “Fire Country” (amid turmoil, a high-stakes rescue) and “Blue Bloods” (Baez, Danny’s New York colleague) helps.

3) “Stumble,” 8:30 p.m., NBC. Needing an assistant, Courteney tries Steve. That, alas, leads to scenes that are more sad than funny. Other moments are better, including learning who caused her to lose her plush job. That follows a “Happy’s Place” rerun, with Bobbie edging toward a romance with Emmett.

5) ALSO: AMC has the first four “Rocky” movies, at 2, 4:30, 7 and 9:30 p.m.; Freeform has Tim Burton’s superb “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory” at 8:59 Also, one season starts (“RuPaul’s Drag Race,” 8 p.m., MTV) and another ends (“It’s Florida, Man,” 10 p.m., HBO).
