1) “NCIS: Sydney” season-finale, 9 and 10 p.m. CBS. It’s time for a final showdown with the conspiracy group known as The Collective. For Mackey (shown here), that goes back to her failed mission in Afghanistan. Now an FBI agent has been killed in Fiji and a deadly battle looms.
2) “NCIS,” 8 p.m., CBS.The 23rd season ends with a fresh crisis. There’s a new bombing, one year after a coffee-shop explosion. Now the team fears the previous one wasn’t just a lone-wolf operation.
3) “The Mystery of Richard Simmons,” 9 p.m., ABC. After losing 123 pounds, Simmons had a whirlwind life of TV shows, work-out videos, a fitness gym and more. Then he virtually vanished for a decade. On his 76th birthday, he talked of a comeback, but died the next day. Now his siblings have given Diane Sawyer an in-depth look at his life.
4) Sports fuss. The play-offs continue for hockey (7 and 9:30 p.m. ET, ESPN) and basketball (8 p.m., NBC). There’s also baseball (7:15 p.m., TBS) … and the build-up to the World Cup games, which start June 11. With that in mind, HBO (9 p.m.) starts a five-week documentary, “U.S. Against the World: Four Years With the Men’s National Soccer Team.”
5) ALSO: At 8 p.m., ABC starts the semi-finals for “Celebrity Jeopardy.” At 9, Fox’s “Bear Grylls is Running Wild” takes Uma Thurman to the Eyri Mountains in Wales. Ad at 10, a “High Potential” rerun proves heists involving elite vaults.
