2) “Ghosts,” 8:30 p.m., CBS. And here’s Ambudkar’s regular duty. (Tonight, Trevor has trouble pleasing his daughter.) It’s in a rerun night that starts with “Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage” — the family tries to comfort Conner — and has “Matlock” at 9 and then “Elsbeth” at 10, with Beanie Feldstein guesting in the story of a slainn “serial bride.”

3) “9-1-1: Nashville,” 9 and 10 p.m., ABC. Both reruns include the music side of the Nashville setting. First, Dixie (LeAnn Rimes) has a “diss track” about Blythe (Jessica Capshaw), the wife of the fire captain. Then a sound check for Noah Cyrus (Miley’s sister, Billy Ray’s daughter) goes bad.

4) Sports surge. Two playoffs are at key points in their best-of-seven series. If needed, hockey has Game 5 (Vegas-Colorado) at 8 p.m. ET on ESPN and basketball has Game 6 (Oklahoma City-San Antonio) at 8:30 on NBC. And baseball? At 1 and 7 p.m., the E channel has the terrific “A League of Their Own” (1992), with Geena Davis, Tom Hanks and Madonna.

5) More movies. Here are two opposite films — a fierce epic and a romantic comedy — that share one key thing: Each won five Oscars, including best picture. “Gladiator” (2000) is 6:05 and 9:40 p.m. on the Paramount Channel; “It Happened One Night” is 8 ET on Turner Classic Movies. Acting Oscars went to Russell Crowe in one, Clark Gable and Claudette Colber in the other.
