2) “American Ninja Warrior,” 8-10 p.m., NBC. The Eastern regionals start with interesting people, One is 62, trying to be the oldest qualifier ever; three are 15, trying to tie as the youngest. Two stand 4-foot-11, including one who (with the help of trampolines) is on the Boston Celtics’ dunk team.

3) “The Fall and Rise of Reggie Dinkins” return, 8:30 p.m., NBC. Here’s a second chance to see the start of this comedy, which is erratic, but has great moments. Reggie (Tracy Morgan) was a football star whose career and life imploded. Now he hires a filmmaker (Daniel Radcliffe) for a documentary that may or may not salvage his reputation.

4) “Harry Wild,” www.acorn.tv. Until now, Jane Seymour’s show has always cozily solved a murder at the end of each hour. Here’s the exception: We’ll have to wait four weeks for the fairly good season-finale, to finish this case.

5) “Declarations: Black Americans and the Revolutionary War,” 10 p.m., PBS. There are a few fascinating historical glimpses here, but they’re buried in a pile of others.. Yes, we meet George Washington’s slave who fought for the British; we see an ex-slave who was a key spy for the revolution. But the scatter-shot approach keeps jumping to bland modern moments.
