2) Football, 8 p.m. ET, NBC. In the second year of the revived USFL, a losing team will make it to the championship game. Really. Today’s game has the two top teans in the North division – Pittsburgh and Michigan, each with a 4-6 record. Next Saturday, the winner will face the winner of Sunday’s game (7 p.m., ET, Fox): Birmingham, last year’s champ, is 8-2; New Orleans is 7-3.

3) “Saturday Night Live,” 11:29 p.m. ET, NBC. Back in October, “SNL” had two straight episodes with the hosts (Megan Thee Stallion and Jack Harlow) doubling as music guests. Those were the only times that happened all season, but now we can re-see them. Tonight, it’s Megan’s turn.

4) “NCIS: Hawaii” and “Blue Bloods,” 8 and 9 p.m., CBS. Both reruns have people go undercover. In the first, Whistler is in danger, while probing the death of a Navy officer who turned out to be an imposter. In the second, Jamie and his new intel chief infiltrate a high-tech car-theft ring.

5) “Shakespeare & Hathaway” debut, 7 and 8 p.m. ET, Ovation. Here’s a jolly-good English show, with a great setting, likable characters and … well, adequate mysteries. In Stratford-on-Avon (Shakespeare’s birthplace), Frank Hathaway is a shabby private-eye with a young actor as his only aide. Louella Shakespeare hires him to investigate her fiance. It’s a loopy but fun tale that leads to another (set at a retirement home) the next hour.
