2) “Yellowstone,” noon to 10:30 p.m., Paramount Network. If you’ve missed out on the whole “Yellowstone” fuss, you can catch up now. The Kevin Costner series, a ratings hit, reruns its first season today and its second one from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Sunday. The third and fourth seasons are next weekend, leading into the fifth-season opener, from 8-10 p.m. Nov. 13.

3) Steven Spielberg films, cable. Spielberg has made some of the best movies in Hollywood history; here are three varied examples: At 5:30 p.m., Sundance has “Saving Private Ryan” (1998), six days before Veterans Day. At 8, BBC America has “Jaws” (1975). And all day, Syfy has the “Back to the Future” films, which Spielberg produced but didn’t direct. They’re 9 a.m. (1985), 11:30 a.m. (1989) and 2 p.m. (1990), then 4:30, 7 and 9:30 p.m.

4) More movies. It’s still too early for Christmas movies, but TBS has two of the best. The delightful “A Christmas Story” (1983), is 7 and 11 p.m., sandwiching Will Ferrell’s “Elf” (2003) at 9. At 8 p.m., HBO has the comedy/mystery “See How They Run” (2022) and others have “Bad Boys” films. It’s “Bad Boys for Life” (2020) on FX and “Bad Boys II” (2003) on BET – which has the original “Bad Boys” (1995) at 5 p.m.

5) “East New York,” 8 p.m., CBS. A smooth-talking businessman may have been the target of a murder attempt. That rerun goes against a sports surge that has football (including Florida State-Miami on ABC and Clemson-Notre Dame on NBC, both at 7:30 p.m.) and baseball (game six of the best-of-seven World Series,  at 8 p.m. ETbon Fox.
