The easiest way is on Max, which spent a fortune for streaming rights to all 10 seasons … then added a much-praised reunion special with the six stars. In addition, however, two cable channels stepped in.
Nickelodeon – which calls itself “Nick at Nite” after 9 p.m., moved first. It had a special, “Thank You For Being a Friend,” at 10 p.m. Sunday, then showed what it called fan-favorite episodes featuring Perry’s character, Chandler Bing.
Those reruns continue nightly, through Sunday. They start at 9 p.m. (except at 10:30 on Friday) and continue until just past 2 a.m. (but 3 a.m. Saturday and 3:39 a.m. Sunday).
Now TBS will jump in, starting Wednesday (Nov. 1). It’s schedule is:
— Wednesday: 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., a general best-of-Chandler collection.
— Thursday: 6:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., shows focusing on the Chandler-Joey friendship.
— Friday: 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., five key episodes in the Chandler-Monica relationship — the second half of Ross’ wedding episode, then the two-part proposal (10:30) and wedding (11:30) episodes.
— Saturday: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Sunday, 9 to 3:30, the Wednesday marathon repeats, spread over two nights.
