2) “Art Detectives” openers, www.acorn.tv. None of the gritty back-alley crimes here. Stephen Moyer plays the sole (at first) member of the Heritage Crime Unit. In the first hour, he’s at a mansion where a family collection has been re-assembled; in the second, a farmer says he found 9th-century gold. Both are fairly good mysteries, with enough twists to hold us.

3) “The Neighborhood,” 8 and 8:30 p.m., CBS. Right now, the summer line-ups only have four situation comedies — this one, two on Thursdays on CBS and one Fridays on NBC. So we might as well try these reruns: First, there’s curiosity about new neighbors; then a neighborhood social app causes a stir.

4) “Cruella” (2021) and “Cinderella” (2015), 5:25 and 8:30 p.m., Freeform. Disney keeps turning its animated gems into non-cartoon movies. Here are two prime examples. “Cruella” has plot holes, but is great visually. “Cinderella” was beautifully crafted by director Kenneth Branagh.

5) MORE: After starting in Edmonton, hockey moves to Florida for the third match in a best-of-seven finals. Also, ABC gives us a quick route through the “Jeopardy Masters” tournament. The semi finals rerun at 8 and 9 p.m., with the finals at 10.
