1) “Greatest @Home Videos,” 8 p.m., CBS. This amiable series was created during the pandemic, showing the creativity of people confined to their homes. Now it merely has scattered specials. In this one, the first in 16 months, Cedric the Entertainer has his “annual” awards.
2) “Outlander: Blood of My Blood” season-opener, 8 p.m., Starz, rerunning at 9:05, 10:10, 11:15. In the first season, Brian left his cruel father, ran off with Ellen and even killed the guy (who attacked them) she was supposed to marry. It was a happy ending … except just then, the Scottish rebellion began. Now he returns to his father’s castle, where war looms.
3) “Joffrey Ballet: The Next Movement,” 9-10:30 p.m., PBS. There are some great dance moments here … but not until the final 15 minutes. Before that, we meet five interesting young choreographers and see lots of not-so-interesting scenes of rehearsals.
4) “Mobland,” Paramount+. Guy Ritchie keeps making tough-guy dramas. Earlier this month, Netflix had the second season of his “The Gentlemen”; now the second season starts for this show, with Helen Mirren and Pierce Brosnan running a crime family. Also streaming this week: Prime’s “Neagley” (a “Reacher” spin-off) and Apple’s “Slow Horses.”
5) ALSO: Two openers rerun today. It’s “R.J. Decker,” 8-9 p.m., ABC; and “Traitors,” 8-10 p.m., NBC. Movies include “Coco,” 8 p.m., Disney Channel; two Christopher Nolan films (“The Dark Knight,” “The Dark Knight Rises”), 7 and 10:15, TNT; and two Tom Cruise films — “Jerry Maguire” at 7 on TNT, “Top Gun” at 8:30 on the Paramount Network.
