1) “The Fall and Rise of Reggie Dinkins,” 8:30 p.m., NBC. Bobby Moynihan has been everywhere lately. He did a recent “Saturday Night Live” and is a regular on “NCIS: Origins” (including a key flashforward with Mark Harmon) and on this show: He plays Reggie’s freeloading ex-teammate (shown here, right); now come funny twists as people ponder his value.
2) “St. Denis Medical,” 8 p.m., NBC. The focus is on Ron (David Alan Grier), the show’s best character. Recovering from heart surgery, he insists on not being coddled. It’s a fairly good episode, leading into “Reggie Dinkins” and then a “Voice” hour that focuses on songs from the 2000 era.
3) “FBI” and “CIA,” 8 and 9 p.m., CBS. Here are big-time crises: First, radioactive material has been stolen from a medical-disposal facility. Then a bomb in New York kills an international arms dealer.
4) “Pati Jinich Explores Panamericana,” 9 p.m., PBS. Wrapping up a three-week season, Jinich reaches Arizona. In the Sonoran Desert, she finds “desert noir” music, street poetry, Chinese food and indigenous baseball players. That leads into “Medicine Ball,” at 10, looking at basketball teams in the old Bureau of Indian Affairs boarding schools.
5) `ALSO: The brilliant “Knives Out” movie is 9 p.m. on AMC. And from 8 p.m. to midnight, the History Channel repeats the start of “World War II with Tom Hanks,” going from the invasion of Poland to the Pearl Harbor attack. That reruns on midnight; then the entire, 12-hour series will start at 8 a.m. Wednesday, which is Veterans Day.
