Best-bets for June 25: NBA becomes a Dukedom

2) “The Bear,” Hulu. In its first two seasons, this won 21 Emmys, including best comedy (oddly, for a show that’s sometimes dead-serious). The third season will be up for Emmys in September; now the fourth has this Chicago restaurant still on a fierce push for perfection. A huge streaming week also has today’s debut of “Countdown,” an Amazon Prive action show.

3) “Human Footprint” season-opener, 9 p.m., PBS. Our supply chain is remarkably efficient, we’re told; since 1947, the cost of food (as a percentage of household income) has dropped 70 percent. But this well-crafted hour asks if the processed foods damage our bodies and our planet. The cereal segment seems outdated and forced, but it’s still a strong hour.

4) “Raid the Cage” finale, 9 p.m., CBS. This action game show has done fill-in duty. It aired seven episodes last winter, then had five left for summer. Now it wraps up early, before “Big Brother” returns (July 10) and takes over Wednesdays (July 16). Damon Wayans Jr. hosts “Raid”; neither of his shows (this one or “Poppa’s House”) has been renewed.

5) “Sullivan’s Crossing,” 8 p.m., CW. Lola and Jacob never returned; now there’s a search-and-rescue effort. For some more scripted shows, stick with CW for two new episodes of “Children Ruin Everything”; then catch CBS’ “The Equalizer” rerun at 10, with a bombing threat at a conference.
