1) “Big Brother” opener, 8-9:30 p.m., CBS. It’s the 28th year for this ratings leader, which gobbles up lots of time. There’s 90 minutes today (the “time trip” decor, shown here, and the housemates) and Sunday, then 90 on Wednesdays and 60 on Thursdays and Sundays. All are at 8 p.m., as is “Big Brother: Unlocked,” which is on alternate Fridays, including this week.

2) “Celebrity Family Feud” and “Press Your Luck” openers, 8 and 9 p.m., ABC. After pausing (for sports and such), networks add their key summer shows. These are hosted by Steve Harvey and Elizabeth Banks; on Monday, Robert Irwin hosts ABC’s new “Dancing With the Stars: The Next Pro.”

3) “Little House on the Prairie,” Netflix. A classic show has been revived, with a cinematic feel and appealing characters. By covered wagon, Charles Ingalls takes his wife and two daughters to what he’s been told is good, free land. Crises appear quickly, but so do interesting neighbors and townsfolk.

4) “The Five-Star Weekend,” Peacock. Overwhelmed by grief, Hollis (Jennifer Garner) plans a Nantucket escape for four friends (Chloe Sevigny, Regina Hall, D’Arcy Carden and Gemma Chen). All have crises or secrets; one (we learn at the end of the first hour) has a huge one. All eight hours arrive today, but they’re slow to get us engaged.

5) MUCH MORE: The 22nd “Project Runway” starts from 9:30 to 11 p.m. on Freeform, this time with 22 designers, compared to 12-16 in the past. “The Bear” has a quietly emotional episode at 9 on Freeform. And Fox starts the World Cup quarter-finals (France-Morocco) at 4 p.m. ET, with fun reruns (“The 1% Club” and “Best Medicine”) at 8 and 9.
