1) “The Masked Singer” finale, 8-10 p.m., Wednesday, Fox. Last week, the show propelled all four singers to the finals. Instead, it unmasked its “Lucky Duck” helper — Taika Waititi, the director, producer, actor, Oscar-winning writer (“Jojo Rabbit”) … and husband of panelist Rita Ora. Now Ora (shown here in a previous event) starts the finale by singing “Pink Pony Club” with the final four.
2) “Poker Face” debut, Thursday, Peacock. This gem starts its second season with three great episodes. Most have a long prelude and murder, then flash back to the arrival of Charlie (Natasha Lyonne), a drifter who always knows when someone’s lying. The opener (Cynthia Erivo in multiple roles) is a delight; the third hour cleverly pushes the series in new directions.
3) “Next to Normal,” 9-11:30 p.m. Friday, PBS. The annual Broadway burst starts its four-Friday run with a stunning musical — a roller-coaster through grief and a fractured mind. Some viewers will consider this too painful; more will find it deeply moving. It won a Pulitzer Prize for drama and Tonys for its music. Now cameras add the subtlety behind quaking emotions.
4) “The Neighborhood” season-finale, 8 p.m. today, CBS. An hour-long episode starts with two graduations, for Malcolm and Grover. Then. Malcolm heads to a new world – but still in Los Angeles. That’s followed by the “NCIS” finale, as a Mob boss links with a cartel. This fall, “NCIS” starts its 23rd season; “The Neighborhood” has its eighth and final one.
5) “Night Court” season-finale, 8 p.m. Tuesday, NBC. Abby has always been the “fun judge,” just as her dad was in the original series. But now someone else is considered the funniest judge in town; she suspects there’s more too it. There’s another new episode at 8:30 and that might be it. Other shows got early renewals for next season, but this was left in doubt.
6) “Wild Cards” and “Sherlock & Daughter,” 8 and 9 p.m., Wednesday, CW. In a late change last week, CW bumped both shows and inserted a news special. Now it’s time (again) for the “Wild Cards” season-finale; Ellis learns more about who’s responsible for his brother’s death, and who’s protecting him. “Sullivan’s Crossing” starts its season a week later.
7) “Elsbeth” season-finale, 9 p.m. Thursday, CBS. A terrific season ends with Elsbeth colliding with eight previous suspects. That includes the first one (played by Stephen Moyer) and others played by Alyssa Milano, Retta, Gina Gershon, Andre De Shields, Elizabeth Lail, Arian Moayed and Mary-Louise Parker. At 10, a rerun has Alan Ruck as contrasting twins..
8) “Grey’s Anatomy,” 10 p.m., Thursday, ABC. Romance has been tough for Jo. Her first husband was abusive; he died before they finished their divorce. Her second was Alex, a good guy who left her for his ex-wife. Now she tries again. A week before the season-finale, it’s her wedding day with Link, her long-time friend and the father of the twins she’s expecting.
9) “The Judd Family: Truth Be Told,” 8-10 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, Lifetime. This four-hour documentary tells of Naomi Judd, the single mom who linked with daughter Wynonna for 14 No. 1 country hits. It’s preceded by films about Johnny Cash (12:30 p.m.), Patsy Cline and Loretta Lynn (2) and Dolly Parton (6), plus Reba McEntire in “The Hammer” at 4.
10) “Tracker” season finale, 8 p.m. Sunday, CBS. Colter uncovers a decades-old kidnapping, and a secret from his family. That’s followed by more finales — a bizarre and bitter “Watson” (9 p.m., CBS) and “Marie Antoinette” (10 p.m., PBS). Also wrapping up is “Ghosts” (8:30 p.m. Thursday, CBS); Elias and Patience return on the day of Sam’s book party.
