Best-bets for May 11: pop stars, old and new

1) “The ’90s Boy Band Boom,” 8-10 p.m., CW. 2) “Saturday Night Live,” 11:29 p.m., NBC. It’s the mid-point of the three-week stretch to close the season. Last week was Olivia Rodrigo, as host and music guest. Tonight, it’s Matt Damon’s third time hosting and Noah Kahan’s second with music. Next week’s finale has Will Ferrell and Paul McCartney.

3) Basketball. The conference semi-finals have the Pistons and Cavs at 3 p.m. ET on NBC, the Thunder and Lakers at 8:30 (with 8 p.m. preview) on ABC. That collides with hockey at 6 and 9 p.m. on TNT, baseball at 7:15 on Fox and the United Football League at 8 on ESPN.

4) “Tracker,” 8 p.m.,. CBS. Colter finds that a missing 18-year-old has had a secret life. That rerun is followed by one from “CIA”: Colin probes a terror threat and Bill investigates someone close to Collin.

5) Movies. Two popular TV actresses star in new films. It’s Valerie Bettinelli in Lifetime’s “Love, Again” and Melissa Peterman in Hallmark’s “All’s Fair in Love and Mahjong.” Both are at 8 p.m., as are some fun films — “Moana” (2016) on Freeform and “Airplane” (1980) on Sundance.
